Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facility management operations, including maintenance and service requests
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor and track work orders, PPM schedules, and service reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and quotations
- Support contract management and service delivery performance
- Handle emergency maintenance coordination when required

- Proven experience in Facilities Management
