Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.
- Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Act as subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.).
- Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
- Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.

Job Overview
- As a Maintenance Supervisor of Facilities you will lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.
You Will
