The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all facility maintenance operations to ensure a safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient work environment. This role oversees maintenance personnel, contractors, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure projects while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Provide leadership, direction, and development to the facilities maintenance team, including work allocation, coaching, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, compressed air systems, fire protection, emergency power generation, building automation systems (BAS), roofing, and other critical infrastructure.
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and prioritize work, manage work orders, maintain asset information, and monitor key performance indicators such as preventive maintenance completion, equipment reliability, downtime, backlog, and maintenance costs.
Troubleshoot complex facility and utility system issues, coordinating timely repairs, shutdowns, and emergency response activities to minimize operational disruptions.
Manage third-party contractors and service providers, including scope development, vendor selection, scheduling, safety compliance, work quality, and invoice approval.
Lead facility repair projects, renovations, lifecycle asset replacement programs, and capital infrastructure upgrades from planning through execution.
Develop and manage maintenance operating and capital budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure effective inventory management of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Ensure maintenance activities and documentation comply with GMP requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, fire codes, and building codes.

The typical hiring range for this position is $110,480-$138,100. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for an annual bonus based on employment type.
