Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and compressed air systems throughout the plant during the overnight shift.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and building system failures overnight to minimize production downtime.
Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to identify and address safety hazards, leaks, or equipment issues before they escalate.
Perform minor repairs to doors, dock equipment, flooring, and general building infrastructure as issues arise during the shift.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, and coordinate with day-shift facilities staff on ongoing issues and handoffs.
Operate and maintain building equipment such as compressor’s, elevators, chillers, and generators.
Adhere to all plant safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
Perform other duties as required.

High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical certification a plus.
2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related trade, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Comfortable working independently and overnight in an industrial environment with minimal supervision.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Forklift certification a plus, or willingness to obtain one.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Perform manual labor
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climbing, and working in various conditions in a manufacturing plant setting.
