About the Role
Tilal Al-Shorouq Logistics Business Park seeks an experienced Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead operations and maintenance of a large-scale logistics park in Riyadh. The role oversees utilities, preventive maintenance, on-site teams, contractors, and HSE compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead operations and maintenance of utilities, lighting, and common infrastructure
- Oversee facility readiness, preventive maintenance, and service reliability
- Manage large on site teams and multiple contractors/vendors
- Coordinate with Tenant Relations to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and operational support
- Supervise IT infrastructure readiness, security systems, and HSE compliance
- Liaise with Civil Defense, emergency services, and relevant authorities
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of Facilities Management experience, including large scale industrial, logistics, economic zone, or infrastructure developments (1M+ SQM preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams and contractors
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate

About the Role

- We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of one of Saudi Arabia's next generation logistics parks.
