We are looking for a practical and organized professional to manage and operate the Group’s headquarters, ensuring a professional work environment that reflects the Group’s identity and delivers an exceptional experience for employees and visitors.
The role is responsible for overseeing hospitality services, cleanliness, reception, and overall headquarters readiness, while managing the team and ensuring high-quality execution in line with the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospitality services and VIP guest protocols
- Ensure full cleanliness and operational readiness of the headquarters
- Manage housekeeping and hospitality teams and assign daily tasks
- Prepare meeting rooms and organize daily operational activities
- Supervise pantry, catering, and supply requirements
- Enhance the overall experience for visitors and employees within the headquarters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or hospitality
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- High attention to detail and quality of execution
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
