About the Role
VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) is seeking a Facilities Engineer for Instrumentation and Control systems in a 300mm semiconductor fab in Singapore. The role involves leading conceptual design, supervising contractors, and managing commissioning.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
- Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Experience in construction projects

About VSMC
- VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) is a joint venture dedicated to building a 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and RFP preparation for the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication plant.
- Supervise and track the design progress of I&C contractors and design consultants.
- Manage on site construction schedules and oversee the commissioning of the I&C package.
- Familiar with Emerson DCS system is preference.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with I&C systems in a 300mm fab facility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
- A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
