About the Role
Al Yazwa Real Estate & Contracting in Doha seeks a Facilities Coordinator to manage portal registrations, quotations, invoicing, job cards, maintenance scheduling, customer communication, and lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Manage portal registrations and ongoing management (client portals, vendor systems, compliance uploads)
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Handle invoicing, payment follow ups, and coordination with accounts department
- Prepare, monitor, and close job cards
- Schedule and coordinate in house maintenance teams and subcontractors
- Communicate with customers and follow up on service requests, complaints, and feedback
- Identify and collect new customer leads through online platforms, portals, and market research
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and service execution activities
- Monitor and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response times
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation (work orders, approvals, completion reports)
- Support procurement coordination for materials, tools, and service requirements
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in portal registrations and management
- Experience in quotation preparation and follow up
- Experience in invoicing and payment follow ups
- Experience in job card preparation and monitoring
- Experience in scheduling and coordination of maintenance teams
- Strong customer communication skills
