About the Role
Serve as the central point of contact for the office and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Combine administrative support, workplace services, vendor coordination, health and safety, and finance-related coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and guest activities.
- Coordinate office and facilities operations.
- Support procurement and vendor activities.
- Handle administration and reporting.
- Provide communication and IT support.
- Support compliance and safety activities.
- Coordinate finance-related tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams, and digital tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to coordinate on-site vendor and custodial teams.
- Ability to multitask while remaining composed and professional with confidential matters.
- Prior facilities or facilities-management-supported environment experience is highly desirable.
- Arabic speaking skills are an added advantage.
