About the Role
Olivia Beauty Center seeks a Facial Therapist to perform professional facial treatments, skin analysis, and operate skincare equipment. Requires 1-2 years of spa or beauty center experience, knowledge of skin types, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, masks, extraction, massage)
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
- Operate skincare equipment (HydraFacial, RF, microdermabrasion, LED, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room at all times
- Educate clients on aftercare and home skincare routines
- Upsell skincare products and treatment packages when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Stay updated with new skincare trends and techniques
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a spa or beauty center (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments
- Experience using advanced facial machines is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
