Role scope
Lead end-to-end delivery of the façade and windows/doors package.
The scope covers design development, fabrication, site installation, testing, and handover.
Accountabilities
- Maintain accountability for schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and contract performance.
- Chair meetings with consultants and clients.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of façade industry experience, including at least 3 years on high-rise or major public buildings.
- UAE or GCC project experience with hands-on DMT permitting and Estidama Pearl Rating experience.
- Strong command of unitised curtain wall, aluminium windows and doors, and ACP systems.
- Familiarity with ASTM, EN, BS, and CWCT standards.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to chair meetings with consultants and clients.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Preferred qualification
- PMP certification is preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,471.83 to AED 23,589.62 per month.
