IBECE Group is seeking a qualified Facade Inspector to perform on-site inspections of façade systems, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on site inspections of façade systems, including curtain walls, windows, cladding, skylights, balustrades, canopies, and associated façade elements
- Review façade installation works for compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes and standards
- Monitor workmanship quality and identify installation defects, non conformities, and construction issues
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, site observation reports and technical assessments
- Verify materials delivered to site against approved submittals and specifications
- Witness and monitor façade testing activities, including water penetration, air infiltration, structural performance, and field testing
- Coordinate with contractors, façade specialists, consultants, and clients regarding inspection findings and corrective actions
- Follow up on rectification works and verify closure of non conformance items
- Assist in façade condition assessments, due diligence studies, and existing building façade investigations
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, photographs, test results, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during site activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade inspection, façade engineering, construction supervision, or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of façade systems, building envelopes, curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing, and façade materials
- Familiarity with relevant international standards, façade testing requirements, and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
