- Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non compliance issues, and report them promptly
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations
- Monitor work activities to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain inspection reports, incident records, and documentation
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Provide guidance and support to staff on QHSE requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction or industrial environment
- Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
