Facade Designer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop façade design solutions for aluminum and glazing systems in line with
• project specifications and architectural intent.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D façade drawings for construction, fabrication and
• coordination purposes.
• Design and detail various façade systems including SCW, UCW, and UWW.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, façade engineers, architects and project
• managers to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Review design inputs, drawings and technical requirements to ensure
• compliance with project standards.
• Support value engineering, design optimization and technical problem-solving
• during different project stages.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during fabrication and site execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control in accordance with company
• procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent design/engineering degree (certificate required).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in façade design within the aluminum and glazing
• industry.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems: SCW, UCW, UWW (mandatory).
• AutoCAD 2D & 3D proficiency is a must.
• Knowledge of Revit and Inventor is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
