About the Role
Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is seeking a Facade Cleaner for high-rise facade cleaning using rope access techniques in Abu Dhabi. The role requires valid IRATA Level 1 certification and at least 1 year of facade cleaning/rope access experience.

- Follow HSE procedures, PPE requirements and risk assessments
- Report facade defects and equipment issues
- Maintain daily work and inspection records
Requirements
- Valid IRATA Level 1 certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of facade cleaning/rope access experience
- Facilities Management or high rise maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of rope rigging, work at height, and safe equipment handling
- Physically fit with good communication and teamwork skills

Role Summary
