Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect firestopping systems and facade safety measures for industrial, commercial, and residential projects
- Evaluate compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes, identify safety gaps, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and governmental bodies to foster adherence to local and international fire safety standards
- Prepare comprehensive inspection and compliance reports
- Perform facade evaluation
- Handle authority submission and approval
- Conduct on site inspection
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE Fire Code, and applicable codes & standards i.e. NFPA, ASTM etc.
- IFC Certificate Holder (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in facade evaluation and firestopping inspection
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
