Responsibilities
- Supports adjunct/adjoint appointment processes, reviews packet for accuracy and completeness, and obtains required approvals.
- Prepares teaching assignment memos utilizing TAMS software reports.
- Processes additional services payment for adjunct faculty.
- Processes annual adjunct faculty reappointments.
- Processes and maintains adjunct without salary reappointments.
- Serves as an information resource for the departmental administrative leadership team.
- Supports compliance in conducting all faculty separation, termination, and retirement processes.
- Communicates requirements related to faculty evaluations and reporting.
- Coordinates service hand-offs with other stakeholders.
- Serves as backup to other Fac. Process Support Specialists in the School of Nursing.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands, follow up on multiple issues in a time-sensitive manner.
- Problem Solving: Ability to utilize resources for problem solving and identifies appropriate escalation points.
- Education
- No experience with degree; four (4) years’ experience in lieu of education is required.
Company
Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) of Paid Time Off based on years of service, given at the start of each fiscal year. PTO may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
Extended Illness Bank: 8 hours (1 day) accrued per month which can be used for illness or injury after one day of Paid Time Off is taken.
Paid Family Leave: Up to 240 hours (6 weeks) to care for a spouse, child, or parent after 6 months of consecutive employment.
Holidays: 12 set paid holidays each year.
