Responsibilities
- Define systems architecture, hardware/software specifications, design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment
- Perform installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, iRules creation, security updates, and troubleshooting on F5 products
- Identify additional product or service opportunities within client organizations
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers throughout project lifecycle
- Perform project management tasks including status reporting, time tracking, and expectation management
- Use F5 BIG IP for automation and orchestration of deployment tasks
- Provide engineering expertise focused on application security, especially L7 WAF and mitigation of DoS/BOT attacks
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network or system infrastructure architecture and design
- At least 3 years in customer facing consultant or engineer roles
- Proficient with F5 LTM, GTM, DNS, Viprion, and iRules for 3 years
- Experience configuring AFM with IP intelligence
- Valid F5 certifications (101, 201, 301a, 301b, 302 or above) preferred
- Strong understanding of OSI layers 5 7
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, SSL, Apache or IIS)

Job Overview
