About the Role
Leggat Auto Group seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead the Business Office.
The role involves assisting customers with financing options, structuring sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Candidates must have experience with dealership finance and insurance processes and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with financing options and related product offerings to support their vehicle purchase.
- Structure sales transactions to achieve profitability while meeting customer and lender requirements.
- Maintain required knowledge, licensing, and certifications for the role.
- Desk and submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and complete transactions.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and review contracts and related documentation.
- Audit completed deals to ensure accuracy and identify process improvements.
- Support timely funding of completed contracts.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with dealership finance and insurance processes.
