Position summary

Support restaurant food and beverage operations by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, replenishing supplies, and helping create memorable guest experiences.

Core duties

  • Set tables and assist with food and beverage service.
  • Assist the kitchen during restaurant operations.
  • Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
  • Take initiative to provide a broad range of guest service support.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe workplace and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
  • No related work experience, supervisory experience, license, or certification is required.

Physical and professional requirements

  • Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.
  • Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Read and visually verify menu information.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
