Position Information

Job category: Food and Beverage & Culinary.

Location: Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar.

Schedule: Full Time.

Position type: Non-Management.

The position is not remote.

Position Summary

The Guest Service Support Expert provides services that help food and beverage operations run smoothly and make transactions part of the guest experience.

The role includes setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Core Expectations

  • Take initiative and deliver a wide range of food and beverage support services.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
  • Perform hands-on work involving extended standing or walking and movement across uneven or slippery surfaces.

Physical Requirements

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Read and visually verify menu information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
  • No license or certification is required.
