Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Higher Education, Diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

Critical Tasks
- Guest Relations: Address guests' service needs professionally; welcome and acknowledge every guest; anticipate guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- General Food and Beverage Services: Maintain cleanliness; set tables; pick up trays; prepare ingredients; inspect china, glass, and silver; requisition supplies.
- Opening/Closing: Complete scheduled inventories; complete closing duties including storing goods, cleaning equipment, and locking up.
- Communication: Speak clearly and professionally; discuss work topics discreetly.
- Working with Others: Support co workers; develop positive relationships; partner with others.
- Quality Assurance: Comply with quality standards.
- Safety and Security: Report accidents; follow safety policies; use proper equipment; handle emergencies; complete safety training.
- Policies and Procedures: Protect privacy; follow company policies; maintain appearance; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets.
