F&B Supervisor - The Atrium

Position Summary

Work Arrangement

• Full-time schedule at the Dubai Marina, Dubai property.
• The role is not remotely located.

Operations and Guest Service

• Inspect staff grooming, attire, storage areas, equipment, and dining room conditions.
• Complete opening and closing duties, scheduled inventories, supply requisitions, and maintenance work orders.
• Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide genuine appreciation.

Team Support and Improvement

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete required training.
• Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, build positive working relationships, and support common goals.
• Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• No license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, use stairs or service ramps, and reach overhead or below the knees.
• Read and visually verify information and inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
