Role Overview
F&B Supervisor role at a restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Work location is in person.
Staff Management
- Screen, interview, hire, and train restaurant staff.
- Manage restaurant staff work schedules.
Restaurant Operations
- Inspect the restaurant kitchen to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage for compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and ensure food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitor restaurant cash flow and settle outstanding bills.
Customer Service
- Check in with dining customers about food quality and service.
- Review customer surveys and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience is required.
- Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
