Position Summary
- Ensure staff works together as a team to ensure optimum service and guest needs are met.
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff, rectify deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, locking doors.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock/requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow all company and safety/security policies; report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals.
- Read and visually verify information; inspect tools/equipment; stand/sit/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; grasp, turn, manipulate objects; move through confined spaces; reach overhead and below knees.
