- Carry out cash handling procedures per company policy
- Keep up to date with competitors and local businesses
- Liaise with other departments for effective event running
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hotel food & beverage at supervisory level
- Excellent leadership and delegation skills
- Good communication skills
- Available to work early and late shifts midweek and weekend
- Good computer knowledge and experience in IDS

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a prominent level of visibility and supervisory involvement in the food and beverage outlets at all times
- Ensure that all team members are trained to carry out effective, professional service and to deliver a warm welcome
- Responsible for inquiries, complaints and any problems that may arise whilst on duty and to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner and communicated to senior management
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager, overseeing rosters and ensuring cost effective measures are adhered to at all times
- Managing the Restaurant Reservation Book and attending weekly function meetings
- Ensure that a sales culture is created by actively encouraging up selling
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in all F&B areas
- Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy
- To keep up to date with competitors and local businesses
- Liaise and maintain a relationship with other departments to ensure the effective, efficient and smooth running of events
- Assist in promotional and marketing activities as required
- Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures and other Company Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Excellent leadership and delegation skills required
- Must be a self starter, with good communication skills
- Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend
- Must have a minimum of 2 years hotel food & beverage at supervisory level
- Good computer knowledge and experience in IDS is mandatory
