Position Summary

Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure coordinated teamwork, optimum service, and satisfied guests.

Serve as a role model and first point of contact for employee concerns and fair treatment processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing doors.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness.
  • Complete inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Complete maintenance work orders.
  • Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to concerns.
  • Identify and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification is specified.

Schedule and Work Conditions

  • The schedule is full time.
  • The role is not remote and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • The role may require working in narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and using stairs or service ramps.
