Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique dining experiences for guests through food and beverage service.

Provide a wide range of guest services, including table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, and cleaning.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen during service.
  • Interact with guests and serve food and beverages.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.
  • Make guest transactions feel like part of the dining experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Work Conditions

  • The role requires standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Work may involve sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • The role requires reading and visually verifying menu information.
  • The role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
  • Objects weighing up to 25 pounds may be moved without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Standards and Conduct

Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communication.

Support a safe workplace and complete other reasonable duties requested by management.
