Position Summary

The F&B Service Expert delivers memorable food and beverage experiences for guests at Horizon.

The role includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and cleaning work areas and supplies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set tables and prepare dining areas for guest service.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and serve guests.
  • Clean work areas and service supplies.
  • Manage menus by reading and visually verifying information.
  • Process transactions as part of the guest service experience.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Work Standards

  • Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Workplace

  • The position is located at Horizon in Dubai Marina, Dubai.
  • The role is not remote and involves hands-on, on-site service work.
