Position Summary

Provide food and beverage service that creates memorable and unique guest experiences.

Work as a Guest Service Expert across table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and drinks.
  • Clean work areas and supplies and manage menus by reading and visually verifying information.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain safety and quality standards, and communicate professionally.
  • Stand or move for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
