Position Summary

  • Build a memorable and unique dining experience for guests.
  • Deliver a wide range of services including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and cleaning work areas.

Critical Success Factors

  • Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 lbs unassisted and ≤50 lbs with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
