Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers memorable and unique guest dining experiences at the pool and beach.

The role combines guest service, food and drink service, table preparation, kitchen communication, and work-area cleaning.

Guest Service Duties

  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and drinks.
  • Manage menus and visually verify information during service.
  • Clean work areas and supplies while maintaining service quality.
  • Take initiative to help ensure guests enjoy their meals and overall experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is preferred.
  • No license or certification is listed.

Workplace Expectations

  • The position requires working on site at the pool and beach operation in Dubai.
  • The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement across uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • The role requires moving objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
