Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique food and beverage experiences for guests in the pool and beach service area.
Provide a wide range of guest services and make dining transactions part of the overall experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and serve food and beverages.
- Clean work areas and supplies and maintain service readiness throughout the shift.
- Manage menus and read and visually verify relevant information.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified, and no license or certification is required.
Work Environment
- The position is full time and not remote.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to the stated weight limits.
- The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
