F&B Service Expert (Parisa Souq Waqif - Hostess)

Position Summary

Guest Service and Seating

• Greet guests, determine party size, and seat them at clean, available tables.
• Provide menus, guide guests through dining rooms, and assist groups with special seating needs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings and ensure each place setting has required clean items.
• Check menus for cleanliness, current information, adequate quantity, and condition.

Dining Room Operations

• Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
• Follow company, safety, and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Complete safety training and certifications and protect confidential information and company assets.

Communication and Teamwork

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and respond appropriately to service concerns.
• Speak clearly and professionally, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support team goals, follow quality expectations, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

• The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
