Position Summary
F&B Service Expert (Hostess) role in the Food and Beverage and Culinary department at a Marriott property in Doha.
The role supports guest dining experiences through table setup, kitchen communication, guest interaction, service, and cleaning.
Guest and Food Service
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and support food and beverage service.
- Take a hands-on approach to service and help make guest transactions part of the overall dining experience.
- Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience while maintaining service standards.
Workplace and Quality Standards
- Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Clean work areas and supplies and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as preferred.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
