Position Summary
- Build memorable and unique dining experiences for guests.
- Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guest enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests.
- Clean work areas and supplies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards.
- Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 lbs unassisted and ≤50 lbs with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
