Position Summary

  • Build memorable and unique dining experiences for guests.
  • Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guest enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Read and visually verify menu information.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 lbs unassisted and ≤50 lbs with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
