Position Overview

F&B Service Expert Apprentice supporting food and beverage service at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through dining service and hands-on support.

The position is full time and non-management.

Responsibilities

  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen to support guest orders.
  • Interact with and serve guests during their dining experience.
  • Clean work areas and service supplies.
  • Manage menus and help make transactions part of the guest experience.
  • Follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is specified.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods and work across uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.

Physical Work Environment

  • The role requires extended periods on the feet and movement throughout the work area.
  • The work includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • The role requires a hands-on approach to moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects.
