Position summary

Provide guest service in a food and beverage setting at W Lounge.

Create memorable dining experiences through table service, guest interaction, and support of food and beverage operations.

Guest service responsibilities

  • Set tables and communicate with the kitchen.
  • Interact with and serve guests.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.
  • Manage menu information and help make transactions part of the guest experience.

Work requirements

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than one year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and workplace

  • The position is full time.
  • The role is not located remotely and is based at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • The position is classified as non-management.
