Position Summary
Provide memorable dining experiences through table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, food and beverage service, and cleaning.
Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services so guests enjoy their meals.
Service Responsibilities
- Set tables and communicate with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout the dining experience.
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
- Manage menu information and read and visually verify relevant details.
- Help make guest transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Work Standards
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
