Role Overview
The F&B Service Associate delivers courteous, friendly, and efficient service to provide exceptional dining experiences.
The role maintains food and beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in line with company policies and brand standards.
Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests regularly, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Process billing and handle payments correctly.
Operational Tasks
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, restocking, and cleaning.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Support buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance when required.
