An **F&B (Food & Beverage) Server** is responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or bars.
Their main goal is to ensure customers have a pleasant and smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Greeting Guests:** Welcome customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- **Taking Orders:** Accurately record food and drink orders and answer menu questions.
- **Serving Food & Drinks:** Deliver orders promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- **Customer Service:** Check on guests during meals, handle requests, and resolve complaints politely.
- **Menu Knowledge:** Understand ingredients, preparation methods, and recommend dishes or beverages.
- **Billing & Payments:** Prepare bills and process payments (cash, card, or digital).
- **Table Maintenance:** Set up tables, clear used dishes, and keep the dining area clean.
- **Coordination:** Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for billing
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: QAR40,000.00 - QAR60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
