Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Process guest orders so items are prepared and served promptly.
- Assist with setup and clear-down of front- and back-of-house cafe or restaurant operations.
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed.
- Promote and sell food, beverage, and other products to walk-in customers.
- Demonstrate products and attend to customer needs and enquiries.
- Receive and check inventory of goods and supplies.
- Handle cash, operate the POS system, and report cash takings while on duty.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of retail, food and beverage, or luxury experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused person with drive, efficiency, and assertiveness.
- A high level of initiative and a positive attitude are required.
- Candidates should be pleasant and well-groomed.
