Key Accountabilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Process guest orders and ensure items are prepared and served promptly.
- Promote and sell food, beverage, and related products.
- Attend to customer needs and enquiries.
- Receive and check inventory of goods and supplies.
- Handle cash, operate the POS system, and report takings when on duty.
- Ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store upkeep and compliance with company and franchisor standards.
- Highlight maintenance needs to the manager and follow up on execution.
- Support team efforts to achieve sales targets and store upkeep.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Strong commitment and dedication to customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
Employment and Pay
- The role is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
