Responsibilities

• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service.
• Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
• Exchange information with employees using email, pagers, two-way radios, and other electronic devices.
• Discuss guest stays, property services, and area attractions with guests.
• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests courteously.
• Use clear professional language, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
