Job Summary

  • This is a full time, on site Operations Supervisor position located in Dubai. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, high product quality, and exceptional customer experience, while driving sales, maintaining operational

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of all outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, service standards, and operational consistency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both front and back of house.
  • Ensure all operational processes are aligned with company standards and objectives.
  • Take ownership of revenue targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.
  • Liaise with aggregators and external partners to increase sales volume and market reach.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, menu offerings, and overall business operations.
  • Support upselling initiatives by training and motivating staff.
  • Train, guide, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and service excellence.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels across locations to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and quality standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in managing outlets and driving operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving business performance.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, SOP development, and quality control standards.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer experience, and market trends.
  • Familiarity with supplier management, inventory control, and aggregator platforms.
  • Excellent communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong team management skills.
