- Oversee day to day operations of all outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, service standards, and operational consistency
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front and back of house
- Ensure all operational processes are aligned with company standards and objectives
- Take ownership of revenue targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them
- Liaise with aggregators and external partners to increase sales volume and market reach
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, menu offerings, and overall business operations
- Support upselling initiatives by training and motivating staff
- Train, guide, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to operational procedures and service excellence
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance
- Ensure adequate staffing levels across locations to maintain service quality and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality
- Proven experience in managing outlets and driving operational efficiency
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving business performance
- Strong understanding of operational processes, SOP development, and quality control standards
- Knowledge of sales strategies, customer experience, and market trends
- Familiarity with supplier management, inventory control, and aggregator platforms
- Excellent communication (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities
- Strong team management skills
