Kashkan Restaurants by Ranveer Brar is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating in Dubai. The role requires excellent communication skills and previous hostess or customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage table reservations and walk in guests efficiently
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and service team to optimize table turnover
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle reservation inquiries
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist in maintaining guest records and special requests
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are an advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality or customer service training is preferred
