Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitable performance
- Manage daily restaurant and outlet activities, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and product quality
- Develop and implement operating procedures, menus, and promotional activities
- Monitor budgets, optimize costs and revenue
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, analyze sales data
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Lead, train, and mentor team members, foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, including restaurant or hotel F&B management
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and basic financial reporting
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local health regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to plan and organize work, prioritize competing demands, and solve operational problems effectively
- Experience in menu planning, pricing strategies, and implementing promotional and marketing activities for F&B outlets
- Proficiency in using POS systems and standard office software; familiarity with F&B management systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
