P-Bear is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Franchise Portfolio Accountant to oversee financial operations across multiple food and beverage franchise brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities for multiple F&B franchise outlets
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Track franchise royalties, fees, and operational expenses
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders when required
- Support management with financial insights and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience managing multi-unit or franchise operations is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
