Discovery Dunes Golf Club is seeking an F&B Experience Associate (Waiter/Waitress) for its hospitality team.
The role focuses on creating memorable member and guest experiences in a high-end environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service on every shift.
- Guide and support junior teammates while leading by example.
- Master the menu and recommend signature dishes and wine pairings.
- Ensure orders are accurate, guests are satisfied, and shifts run smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless.
Required qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine-dining restaurant.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong hospitality orientation.
- Have strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens.
- Remain calm and composed during busy services.
- Bring team spirit, a positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Be fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
