Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest dining experiences through food and beverage service.

Deliver guest service through table setting, kitchen communication, serving, transactions, and cleaning.

Guest Service Responsibilities

  • Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
  • Communicate with the kitchen about guest orders and service needs.
  • Interact with guests and serve food and beverages.
  • Manage guest transactions as part of the dining experience.
  • Clean work areas and supplies.

Standards and Work Activities

  • Follow company policies and procedures and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Read and visually verify menu and other information.
  • Work on foot and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule and Work Setting

  • The position is full time.
  • The role involves hands-on work in a food and beverage service setting.
